Am I going crazy?

So for the last few days iv been getting tingling nipples. Tiny at first barley there. Now it’s like heat in my chest. Not all the time but on and off. Last night and just now it was so intense I took my top off and my viens are visible. But then it goes away again.
i struggle with hormones normally so know this could just be my period approaching but iv never felt this before. Am I just going mad? Is my brain making my body do this?

When you’re TTC, you do read into every little thing as a possible sign. It could be a positive sign, it could be something that happens every month but you never noticed before.

Thank you, I did think that but it’s happened 4 days in a row now and each day it gets stronger and stronger for longer times. My partner could see how red they where yest too yet test till BFN.
