If your tests have gone back to negative & you've had some spotting like that I'd say it's very likely you've had a chemical, sorry OP💐

It could be some implantation bleeding? Ideally you want to see the line double in its darkness every 2 days, otherwise it may be a chemical pregnancy as the other commenter said. If it is, I'm so sorry you're dealing with that x
