Hi all
so I’ve had spotting 3/4 days before my period ever since I had the coil removed a year or so ago (first few times it happened definitely thought it was implantation bleeding so that was fun!) last two cycles it hasn’t happened at all and period has just arrived in full flow as usual. I’m not complaining, I just wondered if anyone had any insights as to why this might be? Or is it (most likely) just one of those cool super fun things that I just chalk up to “unexplained menstrual stuff” 🙄
