Hi all, im looking for some advice. I have four living kids - no complications, no miscarriages in between and we decided we wanted our 5th and final child last year. I am fit, healthy 38 year old and sadly Im pretty sure i'm going through my 3rd miscarriage right now. I am currently 7 weeks, seen a heart beat yesterday on scan but bleeding has progressed and im pretty confident the outcome will be the same as the others. I started spotting on Wednesday past and now its bright red, I am cramping and have passed several small clots. Im on progesterone and aspirin. I really thought this was the one that would stick. I just cant understand it. Has anyone experienced similar and went on to have a healthy child. I had my bloods done and all came back normal. I think I'll ask for my NK cells to be checked now.

Thankyou for taking the time to read.

I can’t offer any advice or vidange but I can offer support or a listening ear if you feel you need one. Keeping you in my thoughts x

your very kind for replying. Im ok, the more it happens the less it stings or maybe im just less surprised. Im not as emotional this time compared to the others. This will be three miscarriages and one chemical in less than a year.

Hi, I can't offer advice as there is no way of knowing what is happening in your body but just for some reasurrance- I bled heavy, bright red blood from 8-12 weeks, to put into context I sat on the toilet once and it sounded like I was having a wee but it was just blood (sorry tmi).
My daughter is now 20 months.
Obviously I can't say your pregnancy will be okay but bleeding doesn't always mean the worst. Try and contact your EPU for another scan, fingers crossed for you 🤞💐

Oh my goodness you poor thing. Such an awful thing to have to keep going through. My heart truly goes out to you.
i mean it about the listening ear. I’m a stranger but I’m here if you need me x

I cant offer any advice but I've had 4 miscarraiges and 2 ectopics since February 2022. I'm now 5 weeks again and I feel very, numb? Detached almost.
I understand the anxiety you are going through. I honestly do pray all is okay for you. Absolutely nobody deserves to have a journey like this.
Always available for a yap should you ever need it x
