When did I conceive

Hi , looking to see if anyone could help me out with conception and when I ruffly conceived with my pregnancy. Sex on 17th of November , had bleeding on 21st of November until I think 26th of November. ( slept with current partner from 20th of November most nights until late December. Done pregnancy test ( clear blue ) on 23rd of December stated 1-2 weeks , had early ultrasound on January the 19th and was told 7 weeks 6 days. Still waiting 12 week scan

This looks fine to me - if your last period began the 21st November you'd be 10w 2d now. That would put you at about 8w3d at the time of your scan, so if they measured you at 7w6d then, that's unlikely to be a cause for concern. Reasons for its measurements to be a few days out from what they 'should' be going by your last period:

• The foetus is teeny tiny and hard to measure precisely
• the foetus grows in spurts, not evenly day by day, so it might look small at the beginning of the week and have 'caught up' by the end
• you don't know when you ovulated so you actually can't be sure precisely how many days the egg has been fertilised and the foetus has been developing.

The 12-week scan will be much more useful in terms of dating, they'll go by the size of the baby then rather than guess from your LMP.

If you had a period after you had sex on the 17th Nov, with someone I am assuming not your current partner, and then you didn't have sex with this person again, it would be your current partners.

Based on a 28 day cycle, you could have ovulated around 5th December. So if the only person you slept with around this time was your current partner, then he is more than likely the father.

Yeah , so I had sex with one person on the ( 17th ) of November that one night. I was back with my current parent on the 20th of November and been with him ever since. Had intercourse basically most nights since 20th of November. I had bleeding on the 21st of November which was quite heavy and I’m sure I was on / off up until the 26th of November. Pregnancy test showed 1-2 weeks on 23rd December , so would you reckon current partner x

Yes, as you wouldn't have ovulated until roughly 14 days after the start of your period on 21st Nov. So there is no way that the sperm from 17the would have still been in you 3weeks when you may have ovulated so it can not it can be his.

The only person you had sex with around your ovulation was your current partner.
