Hi Ladies, just coming on here for some moral support. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 25 months and I have just started spotting which is just devastating. I was found to have an underactive thyroid which has since been corrected with medication and a blocked tube (which should only reduce chance of conception by 20%). Meanwhile my husband has double the sperm-norm and double the motility but his morphology was less than 1%. The doctor seemed to think he wasnt a problem. Anyway, I have been trying letrizole for 2 months with no success (asked if we could try it while waiting for IVF) but we havent had any success yet. I am just so scared that this will never happen for us and really need to hear some success stories to keep my hope alive. Sending lots of love to anyone in a similar position xx

All my tests were normal tried for two years to get pregnant , my partner had less than 1% sperm morphology which does seem to have been the problem once we fixed that with diet , supplements cutting down on caffeine and completely cutting out alcohol he had a normal morphology result in less than 3 months and I'm 20 weeks pregnant now. I think you need to focus on fixing his morphology x

Thanks for your reply. I think this plays a part too but it's so hard to motivate him when the doctor said not to worry and that with the amount of sperm he has there shouldn't be an issue. He is very fit and active but does like a drink and I cant help but think that's playing a role. I have completely cut out drink in the hope he would do the same but no luck. Can I ask what supplements your partner took?
Also massive congratulations on your pregnancy! Xx

@Eagerlywaiting1990

His Supplements:
CoQ10 - zita west
Vitamin d
Maca root
Fenugreek
Vital DHA
Selenium & zinc

I would recommend watching fab and ell on YouTube they had similar issues and did a video on what they did and got pregnant naturally with twins they helped me a lot with what to do and what supplements.
