Implantation cramps

Did anyone have noticeable pain with implantation? Was it like mild period cramps or more like a stabbing pain that comes and goes? I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks in November and my periods have been extra long since so I'm not 100% when I'm due and haven't been using opks yet so not sure when I ovulated. I had ewcm from cd14 to 23 and I'm on cd 28 now and having a combo of mild cramping and occasional stabbing/ pin prick on lower left side. Any thoughts? I tested this morning and negative, but again not 100% sure when I ovulated.

@hstanford I got stabbing/shooting pains just above my pubic bone & muscle spasms in my tummy which you could actually see moving

I had a sharp shooting pain with my
first. Was very noticeable and hurt more than I thought it would and was slightly more to one side than across my whole pelvis.

@4LeafCloverBaby this sounds so similar to what I'm having! Thank you, fingers crossed for my bfp this month!
