BFN consolatory treats

In the dreaded tww and trying to prepare myself mentally either way. I've booked a meal for the day my period is due with partner which will be either a celebration or to cheer us both up and get in some quality time.

If we get a BFN I'm going to do some of the things I've stopped in preparation:

  • have a large glass of red
  • eat some blue cheese
  • sauna
  • hot bath

And either way I'm booking a massage!

Anything I've missed? What would you add?

When I was trying I got fed up on the TWW of my 3rd month. Booked 3 days off work, got drunk one night on prosecco, went and had brunch with smoked salmon etc, loads of coffee, a facial, a walk around the local village shops.

That month I conceived! The one month where I chilled, thought ‘fuck the rules’ it happened. I know I was only on month 3 but do whatever makes you happy and it might work out ❤️

So many of my friends have said similar! I don't want to go too wild cause I am feeling better for the healthy lifestyle anyway but definitely need something to help me relax. This ttw has been awful.
