Personal question about DTD

When you have had sex, how long do you lie down for?

I'm a straight up and to the bathroom kind of girl, and I'm wondering if I'm not giving the sperm a good enough chance to get to
Where they need to be!

When we ttc we gave up for a while and moved house.. First night a quickie doggy style by the fire and straight in the shower..
Bfp a few weeks later!
And I was 42!
Life finds a way!!

I lay down for about 15 minutes but as previous poster said, people get pregnant all the time without trying and after heading straight to shower.

I am pretty sure we were DTD on the sofa and straight up and continued watching TV and still managed to conceive.

Ours was a quickie in bed and straight up, the only time we had sex that week, I had my coil out 2 days before. The sperm found the egg, that was 19 years ago lol

I never lay down to conceive (3 pregnancies)- I'm always anxious about getting a UTI if I don't get up and wee straight after sex!

Ah well I'll stop worrying about it then!
