Hey, just looking for some advice please - finished Clomid 3 cycles ago and it didn’t work and now my periods that were regular aren’t, today Is day 38 and I’m no pregnant. It’s usually 28-30 days - did this happen to anyone else? Any advice how to get them regular again please? Also any tips that gave you a baby after trying for a while please, it’s been exactly 4 years this month and I am just devastated month after month. Thank you

Hi, I’m hoping to start clomid or another treatment soon. I have PCOS and I found that losing some weight helped to regulate my periods (every 30-33 days). But I have to say I was carrying weight and had it to lose, so this isn’t good advice if you are a healthy weight.

Top 3 things I'd recommend; being in the healthy bmi range (if you aren't already), infolic alpha twice daily supplements, and if you've still got access to a fertility clinic then ask them to switch to letrozole rather than clomid
