Symptoms in TWW

What symptoms are you all currently experiencing in your TWW?

This is our first cycle trying for #1 and wanted to keep it as natural as possible by not using OPK's and tracking BBT. I do however track my cycles and have done for many years. I believe that I ovulated around 15th Jan (EWCM on 13th) so I am probably around 9DPO, although maybe 6DPO if I ovulated when my app says I should (18th). I have been having stabbing pains, cramps and I have a heaviness in my womb. I don't know how to describe it but it kind of feels like it is buzzing a little (i hope that makes sense). Other than that I haven't really had anything else. Anyone else had this symptom and got a BFP?

I am holding out on testing until I have missed AF but not sure if I will be able to with these feelings as I am convincing myself that I am pregnant 😁

Best advice is to not bother symptom watching. Symptom are often linked to progesterone rather than HCG before 6weeks.

Which is why some women experience every symptom under the sun before their period arrives, and some experience no symptoms before a BFP.

I’m month 3 of ttc#1 and each month have symptom spotted and I believe you can think you’re pregnant every time if you spot hard enough. Have been pregnant before when not trying, not a viable pregnancy but not one symptom noticed cause I wasn’t looking out for it now I’m trying I have every one.

hopefully you are pregnant but I think so hard when you’re focused on every single thing

I’m in the tww too and also not sure on when I ovulated though I did have EWCM 8th-12th Jan and then pain on 13th Jan. App says ovulation on the 15th 🤷‍♀️ Cylces are usually 27-29 days. Today is day 29 for me but no period yet.

I have felt nauseous and had lower backache for a few days. My tummy feels almost excited/anxious sick, like butterflies. At the weekend I didn’t enjoy food I usually like and I liked something I usually can’t stand.

When do you plan on testing?

Hi all, currently in my 2WW but have had sex with my husband .is that safe or could it affect my chances of being pregnant ? Had a miscarriage last year so super nervous and cautious .thanks in advance .

@Bec0mum Looks like we might have similar dates. I was going to test this morning but I had to get up an hour and a half ago for a pee, so it wouldn't be my fmu. I really want to wait until I am late but given my irregular cycles that could be anywhere from now until Fri next week. When are you testing?

I'm really not even putting that much effort in to symptom spot as I feel the pressure/fullness in my lower abdomen all the time. And the bloatedness and stomach hardness is always there too. I never feel like this before af. As this is my first month trying, I don't want to test too early and get bfn and get disheartened, which I know I will be. I checked with my OH if he wanted to be there when I test and he said no, just give him the good news when I have it 😂😂 so that's one worry off my mind. I couldn't cope if we were both upset.

Oh wow, you’ve got more willpower than me haha I tested yesterday afternoon and then again this morning. I was utterly convinced they would be positive but nope, whiter than snow and now I’m feeling the disappointment! I’m still not convinced I’m out though, I can’t explain it, I just feel different. That probably sounds weird…

It is hard to know what to do for the best. I guess I will leave it now and test in a couple of days time, maybe at the weekend, if AF doesn’t show? 😢
