Cycle gone wild

After 20 years of incredibly regular 28 day cycles, followed by 3 miscarriages in the past 18 months, I’ve lost control of my cycles! They’re varying significantly in length each month and I don’t know what that means in terms of likelihood of conception.

had anyone taken any vitamins or supplements to get themselves regular again? Even if it’s standing on my head in a rose bush howling at the moon I’m willing to give it a try.

had lots of tests about my miscarriage reasons and they don’t indicate and problem conceiving which is why this is irritating.

You could try angus cactus, I haven’t used it for that purpose but it is supposed to be a good all rounder for hormones and cycle length regulation x

I'm fairly convinced agnus castus regulated my cycle and enabled conception. It was irregular and TTC for 18 months with no luck but 2nd cycle with agnus castus I conceived.

Did you take it every day of your cycle even DPO? Currently trying to figure this out on another thread..

I don't remember the specifics, sorry...that baby is 12 now! But I feel like it was for half my cycle to extend the luteal phase maybe but I may be talking rubbish
