Pregnancy tablets while ttc or when pregnant?

My lovely husband brought me these pregnancy tablets from lidl today. We've only just started ttc. Do I take them now or after getting pregnant? It doesn't say anything on the box lol. X

It does say on the box 'support throughout pregnancy'. Probably wont hurt to take them now because you should ideally be taking folic acid whilst ttc anyway.

When pregnant, as the box says... but you should really prioritize diet over cheap supplements, they're full of bulking agents. NHS only recommends folic acid and Vit D supplements whilst TTC.
