Late positive opk

Can I hear people’s positive stories about getting late positive opk and it turning into a bfp pregnancy test?
I have irregular periods between 28-49 days ultrasounds is normal and currently waiting for an appointment to see gynaecologist. We’ve been TTC since October which isn’t long I know and I’ve been off the pill since December 2022, I also have a nearly 3 year old who was conceived first month of trying not that this makes any odds this is the first month tracking ovulation and I’m on CD 16 and opk line not getting any darker will insert picture below.

@Lauren8642 hi, my cycles are 31/32 days & I don’t ovulated until CD18. As long as your luteal phase is at least 10 days then it’s all good 👌🏼

@Lauren8642 so the luteal phase is between ovulation & the first day of your period. I will add an image to show you my cycle…the Green day is when I ovulated (confirmed with CB digital OPK & BBT) then all of the yellow days are my luteal phase leading to the first day of my period. This phase needs to be long enough to allow for implantation x

Hi OP. As Lauren said, it's not really an issue to ovulate later in your cycle if your luteal phase isn't short. But your irregular cycles are unusual. Have you thought about taking any supplements? I was having irregular cycles (between 30-42 days long) and started taking Conceive Plus ovulation support (Amazon) and for the last 3 months of taking it, my cycles have been consistently between 28-30 days.
Also just a note about taking your pics of your LH strips and using Premom app, you need to make sure you have consistent lighting when you're taking the pic for it to work properly.

@Girlfolk I’m not sure what my luteal phase it yet because this is the first month of tracking ovulation. I’ve not taken anything for them yet because I don’t know what’s causing them, I had one gynaecologist appointment and he was very forceful on the pill and said it’s normal and that’s the only answer and other things I was unhappy about so I reported him and currently back on the wait list.
I realise that about the photos it’s hard getting a good picture I’ve been putting them on a note pad too. I’ll post a photo of the note pad below.
Ive been trying to take the test around the same time but it’s difficult sometimes with work.
