I just wondered if anybody takes any supplements etc to try increase fertility? I heard vitamin E is supposed to be a good recommendation?

I had very regular 21 day cycles before DS1 and conceived within the first month of trying. My cycles are now 26 days and its proving much more difficult this time around!

I want my BFP now!

Hello chinchi.

Folic acid is always recommended, so that should be the starting point and it is recommended that they are taken for a few months prior to conception. Evening primrose oil supplements (which I think are high in Vit E )taken from the first day of your cycle until you ovulate are good for hormone balancing. A good pre-pregnancy multi vitamin too.

Don't take the ordinary multi vits from Boots because they are too high in Vitamin A and are not recommended for pregnant women.
