Hcg dropped then rose again?

Drop and rise of hcg?

Why would they drop and then rise? I was advised a failing pregnancy and miscarriage which I was waiting out rather than opting for medical management. Why would it go back up? I have had some bleeding too

I believe the number should be doubling so the increases aren't actually much. Everyone's different of course but I'd still personally prepare for a miscarriage and just hope for a miracle x
