3 and a half months ago I had a ectopic pregnancy in my right tube resolved with methotrexate . I’m only 12dpo but have a short luteal phase and normally (like clockwork) my period should have started today. I tested at 10dpo and Was negative. I’m going to test again in the morning. This evening im experiencing a constant sharp stabbing pain in my right side and I’m so scared I could be pregnant and it’s happening again.if I was pregnant surely it’s too early to be experiencing pain if is ectopic again isn’t it?
