Hi

ive tested for ovulation every day since period - light lines, then the day Flo said I was ovulating I did a test and got the test pictured and also had mild cramps which I do get around ovulation. It’s my darkest test & then after this they started getting lighter again. Can I presume this was ovulation? I’ve bought clear blue for if I don’t conceive this month. I feel so stressed :( I’ve had ultra sound internally and externally, said everything was perfect. Been trying for 6 months, I just feel like it’s not happening and I don’t know why. I’ve booked to talk to the doctor tomorrow x

Hello, an LH test should have a very clear line to be positive and to confirm ovulation your basal temp also has to increase within 24-48 hours.

Have you had your hormones checked? You may have some imbalances. Were you on hormonal contraception before trying? It can often take a very long time for your body to get into the flow of things. It's great your internal ultrasound has confirmed that the mechanics are all good! That's really great news.

The other one of course is your partner's sperm, has it been checked? Infertility in men is on the rise, we always assume it's us but the burden of getting pregnant is not ours alone.

Hormones checked and all good! I’ve seen for some people this is just as dark as they go so wonder if I’m one of them!

Maybe you just didn't catch the peak? If your hormones and scans are all fine get your partner checked
