Gestational sac after d&c

I had a scan yesterday and could see a small gestational sac. I had a d&c just over 3 week ago. Would this be a new pregnancy? My hcg was just over 500 yesterday and back tomorrow for another blood test. I would be around 3-4 weeks pregnant if I am

If you are 3-4 weeks pregnant you would have conceived 2 weeks ago ish? if you had intercourse the week after your d&c then yes I suppose that’s entirely possible.

Seems quite close but don't think it's out of the realm of possibility. Did your clinician indicate that your hCG levels are higher than they would have expected?
