BFFN and Late AF

Hi all , BFFN - Big Fat F Negative and late AF!

I am on my second cycle TTC.

I have a almost perfect regular 27 day cycle, but always come on period every 23 days (only 2 times in a year has it been day 24/day 20).

Test was BFN today, and on Thursday 4th BFN so I assumed I wasn't pregnant but this late period has now left me confused at it's literally only ever been 1 day late once.

We have been going hard in December TTC, and I am now late for my due period by at least 2 days. I have inputted 6 months of data into an app, and apparently I ovulated 23rd December (CD12). However, I had EWCM 30th & 31st of December which would be CD20/CD21.

Had sex at least every other day in December and on 29th & twice on 31st so hoping I am still in with a chance.

Today's symptoms are: On going nausea, shattered/exhausted, food aversions and dizziness, boobs feel a little fuller but not sore, crying a lot, random pain under armpit, and passing urine a lot - 4 times this AM! Some of these can be my period so I am not convinced, however the biggest thing is that if I have sex in the day or so before my due period I always come on my period during/post sex. That's not happened this month.

Thanks for letting me rant :)

It's not what you want to hear but I normally have a 28 day cycle and AF was just randomly 2 days late last cycle. I think it's because I was full of cold.

I had the same when trying for my first baby too. Normally a super regular cycle and one day AF was just randomly 3 days late!

The HCG test result from when your period is late is typically 99% accurate. AF will unfortunately turn up when she's ready.

When TTC we forget our bodies are perfect machines that run on a consistent routine. If trains can be severely delayed / cancelled, so can periods. Weird comparison I know.
