Pregancy test confusion

Hi!
Can someone help me out please??
I have no idea what's going on. So I have super irregular periods anyways so my last one was about October/November time. I've been having cramps for weeks, had a random nosebleed when we were away for new years 😂 the next day I had a small streak of blood so thought I had a period coming, spent the day going to the loo a few times and feeling blah the entire day.
Had to wait till we were home to comfortably do a pregnancy test. Clear blue is saying positive which it has done before then when I got checked out before it was false and it was a bladder infection. The strips are telling me negative. Only done within a day or so of each other. I have an underactive thyroid but I don't think it'll be my levels messing with me. Any ideas are welcome. I'm having a Dr's appointment next week and my cervical screening but I just wanted to vent to some people that might have dealt with the same!? 😅

I would recommend taking a digital test. Just takes the guess work out of it

Sounds like the clear blue are evaporation lines.

The red dye strips are valid negative tests.

Agree with PP worth doing digital for clarity. But unfortunately I don't think you're pregnant yet, those clear blue tests are notorious for giving false impressions.

Thanks both. I wonder why I'm having cramps for so long and no period.

I did do another red dye test and was negative this morning. I guess I can find out some more answers in a few days!
