Hi Guys! I’m very new to charting my temp. Only been at it a couple of months. I will upload the image from this month. Just wondered if anyone else’s temp jumped as much as mine and what it could mean. My bedroom was not overly warm ( I live in a very cold house) I’m not unwell or anything either. I did wake up a little late today and dozed a little before taking it but didn’t get up or move around. I’m normally a cold person who only ever has a temp of about 36c even during the day.

are you at a time in your cycle when it could be ovulation? That’s what it looks like

Afraid only time will tell - if the temperature raise sustains over the next couple of days then you have probably ovulated - it’s very hard to tell much from single temperatures as there are so many factors that cause fluctuations so really need to look for overall patterns instead…

Hi guys, ovulation was day 14. I confirmed this with stick tests as well. I’m about 5-6 days away from my period if that helps

That looks like a really unusual reading. I'd say either a fault or you've got a fever? I think fluctuations caused by you cycle typically vary between 0 and 0.6 but not a whole 2 degrees

I ovulated the day it went down a little. Here is a marked photo to show where I mean

I thought so too, my thermometer is brand new and I took it twice as I thought it was really odd. Feel fine and not been unwell at all so I’m really confused as to why it was like this.
