DH sperm test - help!

DH's motility is normal, but his count is low at 10mL and he has only 3% morphology. Has anyone's DHs had these results and you've gone on to get pregnant?

I've heard of people getting pregnant with low, though it can take a long while in some instances. You just need one sperm to make it to the egg. Higher number of swimmers boost your odds.

I'd be focused on lifestyle changes to try and bring numbers up. No doubt you're both already doing this.

DH made some lifestyle changes and his count is normal now, but his morphology is still low. We're going down the IVF with ICSI route early this year.
