Implantation bleeding or what is going on?

Hey everyone! I’m new here and I hope someone can enlighten me.
So, my period is 2 days late. For the past 3 days I only spotted once a day and that ONLY when I wiped (only 3 times). The colour is very very light pink, or brown. I don't even need a panty liner.
I never spot between periods or before my periods are due.
I am not sure when I ovulated this month as | didn't track, but I tested yesterday morning for pregnancy and it was negative.
Should I carry on testing or am I out this month?
If this was implantation bleeding, when should I test again? Anyone experience this?

Tests are >99% accurate when period is due / late.

Assuming you have a regular cycle, I'm afraid the spotting is a sign that AF is making an irregular appearance. Best to save your money and stop testing imo.
