trying to conceive

im 28 and i came off the feb 23. ive not had proper periods all year. ive had 2 bleeds in november then end of december but i dont know if its officially a period or not
ive been trying to conceive but nothings happened yet and im trying not to stress about it.

Came off what, pill or implant? And what were periods like beforehand.

it was rigdevidon, i was on it for 7 years. i dont remember what my periods were like before was so long ago

have you come off the depo? That can take 18 months to get out of your system. Are you tracking ovulation?

@EJ28 coming off the pill is a very individual thing unfortunately. As I’m sure you may have read, some people’s periods come back straight away & then others mess about for ages! Might be worth starting opk’s or temping to see if you are ovulating?

ive been testing for a month everyday but nothing, i can ovulate in the past year i have had positive tests but everything is all over the place. i will look into checking my temp. eveyone tells me different times my body can recover. im getting stressed and not sure what to do

Hi hoping for some advice. My husband and I were trying to conceive for 5 years and put the blue we got pregnant. All seemed well then at 12 weeks started to bleed lightly . We went to hospital and had an internal and they said all was fine not to worry a little blood is normal. Fast forward 24 hours and we lost the baby . With it taking so long to conceive I was hoping if anyone's went through similar and managed to conceive again .

@EJ28 maybe research into agnus castus/soy isoflavones? I think as it’s been coming up for a year since your last pill I’d think about booking gp appointment

ive had all blood tests and an internal scan, there was 1 cyst but they said it wasnt PCOS and the doctors said i have slightly low progesterone but because they dont know when in my cycle the last blood test was done they cant do anymore until its been a year.
