Is this implantation bleeding? I am 6 days late on my periods and having this type of spotting since 2 days . I have endometriosis. We have been trying to conceive since 3-4 months (ps: I had my appendix surgery on 11th November-i was on cycle day 3 that day during surgery and after got my periods again in 15 days ie. On 26th November )and since then I didn’t get my periods . Today is 3rd January and I am having this spotting since 1st January . Little cramps and pain in back . I took this test yesterday .
