Resting heart rate

Anyone chart their resting heart rate? I have a dip the day after my positive ovulation test which looks like temping when it dips at ovulation. It's then gone back up then dipped again today - does/can this happen at implantation? Trying not to get my hopes up but also super curious 🙈

Hi @mumofone1111 I've been keeping and eye on my rhr just using my fibit since ttc. It seems to be raised day of ovulation or a day before and then stays slightly raised until my period starts. I gave up on bbt as I don't always sleep well and wake up at different times. From what I read rhr can dip around implantation same as bbt. There was an old thread on here about it will see if I can find it and post the link. Alcohol, being ill etc. can also raise your heart rate so I'm not tracking too closely this tww as I've had a drink over new years and missed my opk's on the days I think I ovulated as I was away from home 🙈 From what I've read it will stay raised or continue rising if you're preg
