Apps - Late Ovulation and EWCM

Hi all, I am on my second cycle TTC. I know to some of you this is not long, but I have added anxiety due to a history of CC, and just hit my 2 years cancer free so want to conceive.

I have a 27 day cycle, I have inputted 6 months of data into an app, and apparently I ovulated 23rd December (CD12). However, I had EWCM 30th & 31st of December which would be CD20/CD21.

Test was BFN today.

Had sex at least every other day in December and on 29th & twice on 31st so hoping I am still in with a chance.

Does EWCM only happen at ovulation? Or could it be from lots of sex?

Should probably add I did a test today because I am shattered beyond belief and in bed still at 12pm!

Apps aren't the most scientific. Worth buying ovulation strips to get an indication of when you're most likely to ovulate. Good luck
