Started having ‘peak’ LH tests on cycle day 19, today is day 24. (I usually ovulate day 20/21) Yesterdays was the most positive yet, convinced myself today was ovulation day but todays test is even darker than yesterday. I didn’t ovulate at all last cycle following a ectopic pregnancy in October. I tend to ignore the readings given by Premom and use my own judgment as I don’t even get a hint of a line usually until the days immediately before ovulation. Any experience of why I could be getting consistently positive LH tests for 5 days now?

I think the app is getting confused because you’re using different brands of tests and none of them are easy@home ones. The app doesn’t work properly with other brands. Can you use only the easy@home ones from now on? There’s no way that the 3.69 line is actually a 3.69!

Thank you for your reply. I don’t use the ratios I just use it as a way to log my tests. With me using different brands I just read them by eye. My question was more if anyone had experienced high readings for 5 days? Normally I don’t even get a shadow of a line until the day before ovulation and this cycle I’ve had five days of dark red lines.

I wouldn’t say any of them are high readings except the last one. The test line needs to be as strong as, or stronger than, the control line. That isn’t the case until 5pm on CD24 - so I’d get cracking if I were you! 😁

Having read your OP again, I wonder if there’s a misunderstanding of how the lines work. It’s not like a pregnancy test where any line is a positive. You have to have that control line really strong for it to be a LH peak.

Here’s an example. You can see on the Peak reading that the control line is darker than the test line. That’s what you need to be looking for.

Thank you, I’ve never had lines that dark in the 6 months I’ve been testing. Always stark white up to the day before then I get a slight line and then a darker one the next. Today’s is as dark as yesterday so flo has pushed ovulation back by another day again.
