OPK help (sorry!)

Hi all,

I’m tracking my ovulation with OPKs following a miscarriage in October. I use the advanced clearblue (purple one) and internet cheapies. On Friday morning I got a flashing smiley and by 6pm Friday evening I got a static face. I DTD that night and Saturday also. By Sunday my cheapies were fading but my clearblue still had a smiley face. Tried again last night (Sunday) but 14 month old decided to wake up and stay awake until midnight 🙈.

This morning (Monday) all were negative. I thought I was ovulating on Saturday because I had loads of EWCM and felt good. By Sunday I had little EWCM and my boobs were very sore and just felt generally not as good.

Obviously I know you can’t tell for sure but does it sound like Saturday was ovulation day?

I meant to say I tried to on Sunday but didn’t get to! I feel like missed my chances this month. I can’t track BBT because 14 month wakes constantly during the night

Hi OP, I'd say more likely Ovulation day was Sunday as you ovulate 24-48 hours after your peak. You've still got good chances though if you dtd Friday and Saturday, as you are super fertile the days before ovulation too.
