So, my partner and I decided to take a 2 month break October & November.
We where going to hold off until January to restart but both where too impatient and wanted to start again, despite the break being well for both our mindsets we just wanted to jump back to it.

DTD CD 10, 13 & 15.
(think I ovulated yesterday due to sever ovulation pains until late last night and high readings (close to peak readings yesterday)

just wondering if anyone else is at the start of their TWW that want to keep me company. 🙈

I’m a POAS addict during TWW but haven’t got any in atm so going to hold off until at least 10-11dpo.

@Nmmck93 Hi! I'm 1DPO on cycle 2 of trying for baby no.2

We dtd day 10, 12, 14 and 15. I got my peak on day 14 so think I ovulated day 15.

I've not got any tests in either! If I had some in I'd definitely test early but I'm going to wait and see if AF shows this time. I have a citybreak booked the week after my period is due so if its a bfn month I've got something to look forward to!

@Daisyrobin123 hi lovely!
aww I’m 2dpo today so we could keep each other sane through the TWW.

this is cycle 8 from for me, would be 10 if we didn’t take the 2 month break. 🙈

hoping for those 2 pinks thinks in the next 2 weeks and out 2024 off to an amazing positive start 💜

aww a lovely city break even if it’s a BFP it’ll be something for you and your partner to celebrate with in your own little bubble. Hope it’s a BFP for you xx

@Nmmck93 would definitely appreciate the company!

Ahh cycle 8 that must be tough! You seem really positive. Do you think the break did you good?

The months really drag when you work in 2 week increments don't they! It would be a great start to 2024 wouldn't it. I told myself I wasn't going to obsess this time around (or come on here!) but it's really hard not to focus on it!

Nmmck93 · 30/12/2023 13:05

@Daisyrobin123 the break done is good because we where so low in mood because it wasn’t happening for us so we needed the break and also because I’m bridesmaid next summer I didn’t wanna be giving birth before the wedding or be 9 months pregnant at the wedding so it worked well for us but just proper egar to start again now.

the TWW is the worst part for me personally because it’s just a waiting game, and I’m a complete pee on a stick addict so I’m glad I didn’t stock up on pregnancy tests this first month or I’d probably already be peeing on it 😂

let’s hope we both have good updates through the next two weeks.

Hi @Nmmck93

Glad the break did you some good 🥰 keeping my fingers crossed for you and everyone 🤞🏼👶🏼✨

im on 9dpo today (that’s if i actually did ovulate on the medication, i had my progesterone bloods done on Fri 29th but have to wait til tue for the results) i felt ovulation pain so here’s hoping 🤞🏼

baby dust to you all ✨

Nmmck93 · 31/12/2023 12:12

@LittleLemonPie hi lovely, yes I remember you from another thread.

oh i am so sorry to hear about your MC! I hope you’re doing okay! 💜

oh I know what ya mean, I had proper string ovulation pains that lasted a full day this time which is rare for me. Hoping that’s a good sign and I get my positive this month.

keep updated with your TWW. Any symptoms you noticed at 9dpo yet?

baby dust to you too ✨

@Daisyrobin123 how're you getting on?
I'm 5dpo today, but further looking at my peak and then still being high the next day I could actually only vbe 4dpo depending in when egg was released.

Having a lot if tugging round my right ovary which I'm nearly certain that is normal for me every month during my TWW.

Have you thought about testing?

@Nmmck93 Hi! I'm 5DPO today and time is dragging. I'm not really feeling hopeful about this month to be honest.
I'm trying not to obsess/think about it too much but it's hard. I go back to work (p/t teacher) next week so hoping that takes my mind off it a bit, so much time to think and obsess during the hols!

At the moment I still have no plans to test early but we shall see if that changes!! Last time I got my positive on 12dpo.

Are you feeling quite chill or is the 2ww dragging for you?

Nmmck93 · 03/01/2024 10:16

@Daisyrobin123 aww I’m back to work tomorrow / Friday, no confirmation yet & I also work in a school.

6dpo today and done a test this morning because I have no self control and obvs was negative because it’s wayyy too early. 😂

up until now it’s went pretty quick for me, but now that I’m in the possible implantation stage I feel like it’s going to drag. 🙄

hoping it flies in for us both and we see those two lines by next week 💜

@Nmmck93 How are you doing? Sorry about your bfn but definitely too early - I know the temptation to test is real though!! Have you tested again?
I'm 8dpo now and not due AF until next Saturday according to flo. If it doesn't happen this month we won't be trying again until March as we've booked to go to Egypt and Jordan!

Nmmck93 · 06/01/2024 11:59

@Daisyrobin123 hiya, noni haven't tested again. 9dpo now. Could bring still too early do just saving myself the disappointment with it.
Aww have a lovely time away hun. Hopefully this will be your month xx
