Extremely faint line help - boots test

Hello, I am testing much too early I think, maybe about 8-10DPO.

but I woke up at 1am the other night and was sick which is very unlike me so thought I’ll do a test, got the boots early ones and I can see a super super faint line which I can see on two tests, added a pic but it’s virtually impossible to see on these. Are these tests known for evaporation lines? Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar thing?

Hmm you can’t actually see anything at all once the resolution has changed on the pic.

I can see a shadow of a line, although it looks more grey than pink so could be an indent.
Does it have colour irl and did it come up in the time specified to read the test by?

Hi, yes came up within 3 mins, I did one the day before and there’s nothing on that one not even a shadow, then two today and both have the faint line… I’d say it’s potentially pinkish but it’s so faint it’s hard to tell.

i am just very on edge as i had a ruptured ectopic earlier this year…

I think at 8 to 10 dpo your testing way too early. You aren't supposed to test this early. Wait until period is due or offically late. Forget about the early tests.
Take one when your supposed to and you won't have to second guess lines

Regardless of whether there's a line or not you're still gonna test again.

So you may as well wait a few days when the result will be more accurate.

This was my Boots one at 11dpo, a lot lighter than the cheapie! Boots was stark white the day before.
Test again in a couple of days and keep us posted

Thank you for sharing! I’ve just done another and same again very faint line, struggling to get a pic but seems very slightly more visible than yesterday, will wait a few more days!!

Thank you, If it was a chemical pregnancy do you think the lines would continue to progress over this many days? I’ve got it in my head it could be that cos I’ve tested too early.

I think I made a stupid mistake testing early but I just did it because I felt so rubbish!

I am so scared after the ectopic as well, need to learn to control the anxiety.

todays test looks a bit stronger and line showed up in less than a minute

@Han1234 when I had a chemical pregnancy the lines didn't ever get as dark as yours have so fingers crossed for you! Congratulations x
