Double lh peak?

So I had a peak lh 3 days ago on the 25th and anticipated ovulation on the 26th. Lh levels went down again until this evening where I've had an even higher lh peak. Does this mean I didn't ovulate the first time or something else? I'm kind of dtd out and wondering whether I should today as well

Do you have PCOS? Not uncommon to get more than one LH surge unfortunately. So may not have ovulated yet

Likely you failed to ovulate the first time so your body is attempting to ovulate again.

Remember though that LH tests don't necessarily mean you are going to ovulate.. my suggestion would be to track your basal body temperature - that way you can be sure you've actually ovulated (other than a blood test confirming it) xx

I've not been diagnosed with PCOS.

I can't track bbt, when I tried before it's all over the place and isn't helpful in any way.

I get that, I was so confused when I first started tracking but there's tonnes of tiktok videos and info on the Internet about it. It's more peace of mind for me now as I can tell that I've definitely ovulated and puts my mind at rest that we did all we could that cycle xx

Thank you, it's not that I don't know how, it's that I'm often up throughout the night with my LO so the readings can be inaccurate. I did it for months at same time every morning and there was no pattern
