Cycle changes after baby

Hello :)

so I’m 13 months PP. and want to try again this coming year.

my periods are awful!
theyre worse than what they were pre/baby.
is that normal?

additionally! Did anyone’s ovulations dates change from pre baby?

What do you mean by 'worse'? More painful? Irregular?

they’re SO heavy, longer than before and I’d say they’re more painful too yes.

Then this is why your cycles are different. When you're ready to stop it'll eventually settle back into a typical rhythm.
