Calculating due date by ovulation date

I have a question for all the wise owls here that if you were tracking ovulation and if you knew your exact ovulation date, did your baby appear on the due date as predicted by the calculator based on that which is usually later than the usual due date calculator by last period. Would love to hear any experiences :)

Absolutely! Ovulation calculators based on ovulation date are generally accurate, but due dates can still vary by a week or so. Even with perfect tracking, your doctor will likely have the most precise estimate for your due date.

Hello, I scan babies all day! Honestly the tests only give an estimation - no one knows when you ovulate. No one knows when implantation occurs either so your dates can be off. Which happens a lot.

Mum gets really stressed out because baby is measuring a few days behind because she is convinced she knows when she ovulated. It’s just an estimate

I used the Flo app religiously for 17 cycles, DTD every other day in the ‘fertile’ two week period. On the 18th cycle I said to my DH this was the last one and I couldn’t do it anymore, so we kind of ‘gave up’ and just DTD whenever, probably like 4 times max and all outside of the FLO times - mainly in the week I was due AF. DS is 5 now….

Took until 9 days after my AF was due to get my BFP - Also since DS I’ve noticed my periods are everywhere 36 days sometimes.

Editing as I didn’t actually answer what I was aiming to! I went to 42.3 weeks and had to be induced (after two previous early babies)
