London IVF clinic recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I’m on a failed cycle 5 and over 35, so I know what that means- one more cycle and I need to find a clinic.

Ive looked on here already to find out what people are saying about the most common ones (ARCG, CRGH) and to be honest, it’s pretty terrifying- loads of stories about poor practice and uncaring doctors and long waits and….. it just sounds so scary.

wondering if anyone has a clinic they loved, maybe one which takes a gentler approach? I know I have high FSH, so traditional IVF might not work for me anyway- are there clinics which will help me with trying other things, not just straight to IVF after Cycle 6?

Yes. I really had a great experience with Lynne chapman at lcrh. She's a v small clinic with clinics in Beaconsfield and Harley st and works with the lister (ie that is where egg collection/ transfer was). She gave a very personal service- every scan was done by her personally and she was very caring and gentle. She had been through ivf herself so is very understanding. She's just sent me a Xmas present (baby has been born) and did things like treating me to reflexology session after egg retrieval. Gave some really good advice too (like to embryo bank)
