Hi I am still in the TWW. Just a q. Can we have smoked salmon and cold-smoked fish while TTC?

The only thing i personally gave up while TTC was alcohol. Other than that, I waited until a positive pregnancy test.

Absolutely fine, I also ate it occasionally while pregnant.

Yes you can but if it’ll make you feel anxious by doing so then just don’t bother.
