2days late bfn going crazy

So I’m 2 days late, ive done several tests and they all come up bfn! I’ve been having back cramping. For about 2weeks now, nothing painful tho, I’ve also had a stitch come and go for about a week, I’ve had a few sharp twinges in my lower abdomen but nothing painful and they only last a few seconds then disappear. I’ve been crying at almost everything, today I’ve been running to the toilet thinking AF is coming but it’s been a milky runny discharge, breasts are fine although today my right one feels a bit different but don’t know if that’s because I’ve been prodding them every day to see if there is any changes!..I’ve also got a terrible cold now and been getting a few headaches.. I’m symptom checking constantly and it’s driving me crazy!.. has anyone had this and gone on to have a bfp?

Being sick can throw off your cycle.

Test results are usually 99% accurate from when period is due. I would assume AF will show up when ready.

It depends on when you think you ovulated but sorry to say at 2 days late I’d expect a positive test.

It could be that you’re run down and you’re having a slightly different period this month. Unfortunately a lot of the pregnancy symptoms are very similar to period symptoms so you might start in a couple of days.

I know when I tested positive I didn’t feel like my period was going to start.

i missed all 3 of my pregnancy symptoms because I had nothing. No PMT nothing.
