Been taking it for 3 days now so I’ve taken 5 sachets and today I’ve had a weird sort of stomach ache and diarrhoea. Has anyone else experienced this?

5 sachets? And what dose is each sachet providing?

Winterwonderland1 · 19/12/2023 17:38

@Dodds87 yes it’s 2 sachets per day. So I’ve had 2 per day for 3 days, with my last one for the day due later on.

It is inofolic alpha so 2000mg per sachet.

Sorry I thought you meant you took 5. I would try 1 sachet. That's a high dose and not all women can tolerate 4000mg
The studied about on the benefits and recommended amount is 2000mg. Some companies do dose 3000-4000mg but that's higher than the general recommended. You should always start of slow taking any new supplement to see how you tolerate it

Thank you, I will do :)
