I’m getting a bit confused.
I noticed a lot of ewcm on the tissue only once in the evening and that’s it I didn’t see it again. My app says I ovulated on the 13th but I saw this on the 14th late at night. Does that mean I have already ovulated or will I ovulate the following day?

No one can say for certain. Unfortunately these things are indicators, not a perfect measurable science.

So long as you're DTD every other day of the fertile window, you have done your part.
