Am I not ovulating?

Been tracking my LH levels, had a surge and what looked like a peak 3 days ago. Today the cervix is really low and spotting. Why am I not ovulating ?

Why do you think you haven't ovulated? It's possible that your luteal phase is too short currently to sustain a pregnancy if you're starting your period, but it doesn't mean you didn't ovulate if you tracked an LH surge
