BBT: did I ovulate?

Attached an image. App thinks I'm 6dpo but the temperature increase was literally maybe 0.1-0.2C and it seems so much slighter than the other ones I've seen. It's not really gotten any higher since either. Did I ovulate, or does this look like a progesterone deficiency? Should I be concerned?

Btw this is my first month charting so I've no idea what's normal for me.

If you ignore CD14 then it does look right. Maybe that day was just a bit off. I wouldn't worry too much on the first cycle of taking temps about deficiencies.

I believe (but I’m not expert- as I’ve only just started temping this month) as long as you have three days in a row of elevated temps (above your baseline) then you have ovulated, just means your period is one day later now! Hope this makes sense x

Ahh, so you think I just ovulated later than the app thinks?

Thank you, this really helps put my mind at rest.

Yes, pretty much😊 When I just relied on Flo it was 1-2 days out, it’s just a prediction and based off the ‘typical’ 28 day cycle usually. The goal is to see your temp rise and keep risen for that BFP. From what I’ve read it rises and then dips just before your period but it it keeps elevated it could be a sign of pregnancy.
Baby dust to you!:)
