Now, I know that the logical thing is to wait a few days and test again, but here we are, being illogical! 🙈
We've been TTC#2 since April 2022. The only time I've had so much as a hint of a line, it was a chemical pregnancy. My periods are all over the place, so I never know when I'm ovulating.
Yesterday morning/early afternoon, I felt sickly and dizzy. This went away as the day went on and I've woke up feeling the same today.
Took a test with FMU and below is the picture within 10 mins of me taking the test, just a cheapie.
What do you ladies reckon?
With my first, the only early symptoms I had was high blood sugar levels, but this time around, I'm more prepared in terms of diabetes management, insulin levels etc.
My OH can't see anything - but even with our first, he 'couldn't see a line' when it was pretty much smacking him in the chops! 🙄

I can't see a line unfortunately. But it's always harder from a photo!

Thank you! I know the only thing to do is to wait and retest. But it's hard to think rationally after so long!

I empathise with your last statement, it is hard to think rationally when TTC.

Logically you know that, whether or not you feel you see a line you'd have to test again in a few days for confirmation (especially after a CP). So it's more cost-effective and accurate to test closer to period. But something in our brains switches off that logic.

I tried to rationalise by thinking testing early could bring disappointment forward, and if there's something to celebrate, there's 8 more months to rejoice and few days makes little difference.

I can't see anything in the test attached but good luck with line progression.

Thank you for your view! 😊
Because my period is all over the place, as in some cycles are 30 days, some are 60+ days and some are 115 days, I don't know when I should test, so I periodically test between periods! I'm currently on CD29, which could mean my period is imminent or it could mean it's still 2 month away! Who knows! 🙈
So rather than testing early, I'm testing to know.

Ahh that totally makes sense. Do you use OPKs, testing LH surge?
