Implantation pains or something else

Had really severe cramping today, about 5 days post ovulation. Wondering if it could be implantation. It does seem to be a bit early. I think I ovulated on Monday. Too early for AF cramps though. No bleeding and not a tummy upset. I also thought that implantation pains, if you got them at all, were supposed to be really mild!

Has anyone got any thoughts/had similar?

I had implantation pains with my fist (I can’t remember exactly when in my cycle, but probably closer to when AF was due as I remember thinking she was coming early).
But they really hurt! It was like a sort of sharp pain. Even when I gave birth it felt like intense period cramps, but the implantation for me was more sharp. Kind of hard to describe but I still remember it quite clearly as it hurt and I really wasn’t expecting it!

Implantation usually occurs between 6-12DPO, so unlikely.

In any case, you won't know until it's time test hcg levels. Good luck

Hi Leanne687, nope, still waiting for my BFP. To be honest, the TWO is really annoying!, I get all kinds of cramps and oinches and stings after ovulation but for me it apparently means nothing. Good luck and fingers crossed for you xx
