I've had three babies, pregnant straight away on all of them.

DH and I went away on our own. We DTD a lot. All with condoms except for one occasion without, but we stopped in time, if you know what I mean.

I would have been CD10 when that happened and am CD19 now.

Am I right in thinking that the chances of pregnancy are very very slim?

I'm having symptoms like I did with my previous pregnancies but they must be in my head as the chances must be so slim, plus it's probably too early. But I'm a bit panicked nonetheless.

It's perfectly possible if you had unprotected sex. He may have leaked a bit. Only way to know is to take a test. If you've got three and are sure you don't want anymore, the implant is pretty handy contraception.

I appreciate that it's possible, I'm just hoping that it's really unlikely so I'm worrying over nothing. I think it's too early to take a test. Do people get positives on CD19?

Less likely but not impossible- which is of little comfort.

Withdrawal method has been effective in my experience, but we use it carefully. I.e. Once DP has ejaculated we don't do round 2, as there may be semen in the shaft.

I can't remember if this might have been round 2 or not. It may well have been. I'm so annoyed at myself. Lesson well and truly learned.

how long are your cycles usually? Do you know which day you ovulate usually? If you have short cycles then ovulation on day 10 is possible but if you have a “normal cycle” then cd10 is early to ovulate

Cycle length doesn't matter! I ovulated day 11 of a 31 day cycle (I knew as we went to a fertility clinic for testing) and I'm sat here due to drop in the next couple of weeks! So entirely possible, I also tested negative until 4 days after AF was due!

So I'm 2 days late and no sign of my period. Did a test on Thursday and one on Friday, both negative. They were Superdrug ones, never used them before, are they reliable?

I also suffered really badly with PGP and sciatica in my other pregnancies, and out of nowhere my sciatica has flared up again this past week.

If you're testing negative still, I wouldn't be worried.
