Boots early detection false positive?

Really confused with my body right now. I usually have around 31 day cycles and ovulate around cd20 although I have had a few random very short cycles(15-20 days) in the past but wasn't tracking ovulation then so I don't know if I ovulated during those. This cycle I had ewcm straight after my period on cd6 and 7 which I thought was odd but didn't think much of it until now. I'm now cd17, I've had positive opks last 3 days (hadn't done any before that) which is a bit weird for me as normally have a short one day lh surge. My nipples are really sore since yesterday which is odd for me. No ewcm now which is weird too as I normally get a few days of it before ovulation. So I did a boots early test yesterday morning which has a faint but visible line.(it is visible without shining a light through the back but I struggled to get it to show up on camera without doing that)Did a frer later that afternoon which was negative. This morning did a boots strip test which is negative but I think they're less sensitive than the other ones? I'm going to buy more tests later. The thing is if I am pregnant it would be from sex I had on cd2 as I didn't have sex since then so I would have had to ovulate around cd7 at the latest which seems pretty unlikely so I'm thinking this is just a bit of a weird cycle and the boots test is wrong.. thoughts?

It looks like an evap from the pic but who knows.

A lot of the early symptoms you're experiencing couldn't be attributed to elevated levels of progesterone.

In any case, very likely too early for a positive pregnancy test.

My opinion is its a evap . Either way your testing extremely early. You shouldn't have to hold a test up to the light to decifer a line.
The only way you'll know is to wait until your periods due and test.
