PCOS - have OPKs worked for you??

Hi there

Question for ladies with PCOS. Theres a thing that ovulation kits are not accurate for women with PCOS, so wanted to throw this question out there

Have you used OPKs to help predict fertile days, and how effective have opks been in your journey?

What other ways have you accurately predicted your fertile window? I had EWCM 4-5days before fertile window, so not sure I can rely on this method

Trying to prepare ahead for the next cycle. Please share your journey, or anything else you did that helped know when you were fertile in the cycle x

Oh we did every other day on the lead up, didn't DTD everyday (that would be abit much for us aha!)

Yes, they work for me.

Some women with PCOS have high LH throughout their cycle - the sticks won't work in that situation.

@Mangotango39 Thanks for sharing and many congrats 💫 how exciting!! Yes mine was similar, last ewcm 9days before ovulation but not around ovulation. What does falling days mean?

It's confusing almost like your body wants to ovulate then has to try again aha!
