Clomid Cycles

Just wondered for those who have taken Clomid, how many cycles did it take until you fell pregnant?

Joining! Did my first round this month, currently in the TWW. Have you started on it yet?

Didn't get pregnant on clomid on any round. Currently 8 weeks via ivf

@MoonIightDreamer ahh congratulations!! Did you take it for 6 cycles?

@MrsMcM94 you too! It’s been a difficult few months for me (TFMR in May) so trying to be positive about this next phase of TTC. Did you have follicle tracking scans?

@Thornberry1 Oh sorry to hear that. It can be very difficult to keep positive after difficulties, but I am sure it will happen for us both. I had a scan on my first round and I had produced two eggs, but nothing happened. This month I won’t be getting a scan, but hopefully I’ll have the same this cycle

@MrsMcM94 Ahh that's really positive! I had 1 dominant follicle and couple of a smaller ones this cycle, so will see what happens. Good to know that it's working though.

I read that if Clomid makes you ovulate (sounds like the case for us both!) there's about a 50% chance of pregnancy after 3 cycles 🙏Hoping we're on the right side of those odds!

@MrsMcM94 did you have a trigger shot on your last round? Had mine 2 weeks ago so waiting a few more days to rely on a test as I think the HCG can linger...

@Thornberry1 No I didn't have a trigger shot! I'm now 2dpo, so fingers crossed for us both this month 🙏
