Please could someone help me with understanding my BBT, I'm new to this. I've only started recording from 20th Nov, been using Flo app (see screenshot)
My temperature has been 36.7+ for 3days, today slight drop by 0.01. The app is suggesting I ovulated on 3rd (the light blue line with o in middle at the bottom) ? I'm confused as thought during fertile and ovulation days temperature stays high... looks like I've got this wrong ? The hearts below it are the days we DTD, annoyed we didn't do it on the 3rd
I have PCOS and long cycles 35-45 , current cycle is 73days and still going. Is it possible to ovulate 70days after last period (CD1 was 25th Sept) ??
Hopefully I have a complete cycle data next month.
