am 5 dpo and have back ache - may been pg - who knows. If I am I would be just days past conception. I am dying for a nic esoak in a hot bath - is this allowed?

I've heard that very hot baths are not a good idea, but you can have a bath, just don't make it one that's so hot your skin turns red!

Also while you're at it, you're not meant to use essential oils in your bath in early pg.

(I only know all this because I was such a total worrier when pg - I'm sure a normal bath is fine)

Thanks - am just worried because think I had chemical pregnancy few months ago and because I am paranoid I wonder whether having hot baths could have caused it. So if I was pregnant now would be implatation time so don't want to do anything that would jeoporadise it

The only time I've avoided baths when ttc was immediaitely after my egg collection in IVF when there was a risk of infection.

I honestly think I'd go insane if I avoided everything because I was ttc. Anyway I don't believe a bath could do any harm at all.
